Len, my grandad was in the army when WW2 broke out and because of his surname, gained the nickname of 'Bomber' from his friends.
My fondest memories of him are very true to my heart and for this, i miss him dearly.
I'ts strange how you realise how much you care about someone once they are gone.
He was generally a bit of a character, as you can see, he liked to play the clown and had a tricks up his sleeve.
